does anyone know how can i make it (local and internet). i think someone did it using (command prompt).

You didnt say how you are connecting, If you are connecting through a router you will indeed get a LOCAL address, the router has the public one. If you are connecting directly to an internet DSL or Cable modem you should be getting the address from the modem. (it may be private also depends on the ISP) Vista uses DHCP (which automatically gets the correct address) when you connect.

If you want to setup multiple comupters with ONE internet connection you need a router which then handles the DHCP server function.
