Let your butt out of it. Tighten the leg muscles and move the hips. I was doing it once unconciously, while dancing around the living room. It was really funny when a friend of mine asked me to show her how to do it. LOL.

first you have to have a butt to shake,you can do it several ways 1 is to tighten the muscles in your legs and let it do what it do another is to bend over lift your *** pop and make it jiggle i should come show you.One of my favorite dances.
