Does anybody believe in using crystals and stones and if they do which ones to get?

positive energy comes from positive actions. Whatever the goal, losing weight, learning a skill, becoming better at learning... Crystals are symbolic and therefore have much power. But it is my opinion the power resides within the user not the crystal.

A way for you to get positive energy is not by those balls. lol. Treat yourself, go outside, see new faces, new people. Go buy yourself a smoothie or go to your favorite restaurant, call some old friends. Don't believe in that mythical stuff, just be you.

whah..... i dont believe much on crystals but i do get lucky with charms... try wearing some choker or some friendship band, it'll help you energized youre self as well as you will look good too and try some jogging and work out for at least twice a week.
