Your case with only four expansion bays is a "microATX" case, if your new motherboard has seven slots it is an "ATX" board and it will not fit in your old case.

Either choose a "microATX" motherboard or get a bigger case - there are some very nice small cases out there that will support an ATX motherboard - look at the Antec and InWin cases - they seem to be the best

Good Luck

Motherboards and computer cases come in different form factors. These form factors ensure that the motherboard and the case are compatible.
Look up the models for your motherboard and case and it will tell you the form factor type. Common PC form factors are ATX, mini-ATX, AT, Mini-ITX etc...
Computer cases normally will support multiple form factors.
