Because you don't floss enough and regular. Brush first thoroughly and then floss.Try doing both lightly 2 or three times a day for three days, then get in your regimen of brushing and flossing after every meal. It will get better.

If you've just started flossing, then it's because your gums aren't used to it yet. Give it a couple of weeks, and it should stop. If it doesn't stop, don't wait to talk to your dentist about it.

You don't floss them enough and they're not used to it. Mine used to be like that and then I started flossing everyday and they don't bleed anymore.

Your gums are too sensitive. Brush them when you brush your teeth.
