I was using a spermice. The condom broke. Seconds later I somehow realize and the act stopped. It was dry and no eyaculation happend. Not even signs of "pre-come" were noticeable. Everything was dry. How effective works spermicide under those circumstances?

A spermicide alone is about 80% effective, and with a condom about 97% effective against a pregnancy occurring!

You must remember those figures are with adults who have an ongoing sexual relationship. the chance of a pregnancy occurring with a spermicide alone for a one time instance of a condom breaking is not very likely! The chances are significantly lowered if it is a one-time occurrence.

Anytime you have penetration and are at an excited state, there will be live sperm, ejaculation or not, so don't use the "Absence" of anything as a prognosticator, unless you have a vasectomy. Pregnancies still occur even with that procedure being done!

In this case I would think it would be very unlikely that the woman got pregnant. But, there is always a chance. Spermicide usually works 70% of the time when used alone with no condom and ejaculation happens.

You CAN get pregnant from pre-ejaculate.

Well if you didn't ejaculate then there would be no sperm to make someone pregnant. But in the case that there was a small amount of pre-ejaculate, the spermicide should have helped with that. Really, it's all a waiting game. But like I said, if you didn't ejaculate then she can't be pregnant.

oftentimes i might want to assert the birth control is there as a decrease back-up, yet as you ignored 3 pills this cycle, i imagine the EC is a sturdy theory. Take that and your possibilities might want to be low.
