i understand the way you experience, if it grow to be me i might tell him that till I knew he grow to be over his ex then i could not be with him. this is not solid to experience that way, or you could tell him that however he might had cared for his ex deeply which you're actually not in that dating to experience like a rebound and which you're in it to concentration on one yet another.
