Me and my husband used that method for two years without fail :P I guess its pure luck - but at the same time, one has to be prepared for when it doesn't work out.
In any case there is no method that guaranteesa 100% - even condoms are only 97% successful - so heck, its all about making a choice and hoping it works!

I don't usually put my business out there over the Internet but I'm not going to sugar coat an answer for you I'm just gonna be completely honest. The "Pull Out" method is like playing Russian Roulette, it may work for awhile but it's only a matter of time and I learned this the hard way. I was dumb enough to think this worked and after 2 years of "practicing" this method I was pretty confident that it worked until I started feeling sick and every day that passed for about a week I got sicker and sicker constantly throwing up so I decided it was time to take a pregnancy test and that's when I found out I was pregnant. When you first see an OBGYN they ask you questions like "were you using protection" etc. and I was honest and told her that I figured if he pulled out we were safe and she told me that in most cases pre-*** is more likely to end in pregnancy then if he were to just leave it in and ***. So this was a very dumb decision and looking back I can't believe I even believed I was being "safe" now 4 years later I have 3 year old twin girls whom I love dearly and I wouldn't trade them for the world.

This method may work on most women who are lucky. But your cousin might be an individual who is special. Let her try just having sex the regular way You know the way where a sperm goes into her ovary. That is the best way to get pregnant. Remember, everyone gets pregnant using different methods.

Well, it's possible to get pregnant using this method; not for sure, but possible. Eventually, it probably isn't going to work and she's gonna get pg. I used this method for about 9 months before I got pg. It's just not as effective as condoms or birth control.
As far as not getting pg yet, there could be some other problems with her or her bf and that's the reason why she isn't getting pg. I definitely woulnd't suggest using this method to anyone, ever.

Honey its just a matter of time. I was on birth control pills and me and my hubby has been married for 4 years and he always pulled out and I got pregnant. Its not 100%. Shes prob not ovulating around the time when they have sex. Men still pre ejacute. That can get you pregnant.

It worked for me and my boyfriend for about 2 years, but now I am 5 months pregnant. It is more reliable that leaving it in, but thats about it. Also, for many couples, trying to get pregnant takes years, your cousin might be one of those people that has trouble getting pregnant.

Maybe he has a low sperm count or Maybe he wears tight undershorts. Maybe she is LYING and on the pill and just not telling you. Who knows? All I know is it don't work very well. Statistically, believe me, she will get caught. Why do you think Catholics have such big families? Cause that is the only method they can use.

some people are just lucky! (if they don't want a baby) I wasn't trying to get pregnant and did TWICE using that method. Sorry its not a very good one. I'd get some pills or condoms.

The failure rate for the withdrawal method is about 30% per year. Using nothing has an 80% failure rate per year. So far she's beat the odds, but she won't forever.
