As for me, I am a real breasts man. I just don't like the idea that when I touch her, I am not really touching her. If she can 't be nice to look at by God's hand, really what man can do better then God?
Edit:
I know there are occasions that the woman's DNA might goof, for what ever reason, then I suppose it is ok to have her get the fake. However, if there is not such a DNA problem (the causes still to be figured out) then The REAL woman is the Only woman to have.

Real. Years of pouring over silicon-implanted porn stars have left me with a severe distaste for fake breasts. It has nothing to do with sensation or "God knows best" or how they feel, I just find them ugly as sin now. And yes, I can very well tell the damn difference. Maybe not when you have your top on, but once it's off, I know.
And I have no problem with big (real) breasts. More than a mouthful is a treat.

I assume you are asking this question because either you or someone you know is considering buying a pair. I would just like to point out the surgery part itself. I've seen a procedure on the learning channel, or discovery, and the slicing & dicing, and tugging on flesh that went on were more than enough to make me decide that it wasn't worth it. I have taken care of a friend who has done it, she couldn't raise their arms for awhile, I had to feed her & bathe her. Not worth the pain, thousands of dollars, recovery time (vacation/sick time, too). Happiness with your own body image is priceless and painless - I like that route better.

Although have thought about having a little enhancement done, I don't want to have to deal with the potential problems. I'll keep mine real.

It seems like the only ones here saying that fake boobs are better are the ones trying to justify their boob job and trying to feel better about their decision.

real. i get pleasure knowing she's feeling pleasure. women with fake breasts lose sensation so that doesn't excite me at all.
