appropriate ways to handle an animal like this? The poor girl is still in the hospital and had to go under cosmetic surgery. She is only 7 years old!! and was abducted from her own home while her mom was sleeping.
All that pathetic loser said was that he was drunk and didn't know what he has done. See, I just don't buy that. Apparently he was drunk, but had time to "think" about putting on a mask and clime up their terrace to pick up the girl, took her somewhere, raped her and dropped her off by the apartment complex. What do you guys think that is the appropriate punishment for this dude?

The guy admitted he raped her. So I'm confused why he also claimed that he was soooo under an influence of alcohol. To me, it sounds like a planned game.

Grandpa used to tell me of how they used to take care of situiations like that up in the mountains of West Virginia, when a young woman was violated & the man caught. They would strip him down naked, publically humiliating him with tar & feathers, then they would take him out deep in the woods & set him on a stump, nailing his testicles down securely w/16 penny nails. At this time, they would offer the man a rusty lid from an old tin can, untie him, & set the stump on fire, offering the man his choioce, either cut em' off, or burn!!! Hillbilly Justic!!! There were no more rape victims afterwards!!!

the man being a illegal immigrant wouldn't sway my decision! Legal Americans do it to
its just a shame that him being illegal and the united states tolerates this, the state that allowed him to stay and worked should be fined HEAVILY
the man should be castrated... no pain relief... and should be beaten to a bloody pulp... to the point he wishes he was dead!
but to kill him would free him ...
he should be forced in prison for at least a year and the only TV he should be able to watch is his castration OVER AND OVER AND OVER again...
then after 1 year put him to death! a slow painful death!
I have a 7 year old daughter and the thought that any man could do such a thing is horrible!
i pray that the girl is ok and the mother is ok as well!
An eye for a eye would work too... let the inmates rape him for the year!

I do not think that it matters that he is an illegal immigrant b/c we see this kind of crap everyday from American citizens and any 7 year old girl, whether American or not, should NOT ever have to go through this. The pervert should get the maximum possible for the crime committed...No excuses could ever justify what he did!

permit the ladies father have ten minutes with him tied to a chair and the father with a pair of plyers. I doubt the filthy unlawful perve might attempt to rape a baby lower back, in certainty I doubt he'd be able to rape a baby lower back if the plyers have been used precise. baby molesters could be hung the different way up via their bollocks, then decrease down. and that i do no longer propose via slicing the rope.

Make it a capitol punishment penalty. Express lane when DNA proves the guilt.

The appropriate punishment is for him to be arrested by the police, charged by the DA, tried in a court of law, and for a judge & jury to decide his fate. It is impossible to know the whole story from your two short paragraphs. Maybe they got the wrong guy and a "lynch mob" mentality would mean punishing an innocent man. Maybe he's guilty as the devil himself but will get away with it like OJ. Either way, this isn't the appropriate venue to discuss the case.

I think all child molesters and rapists should be put in the same place... we will always know where they are at and they are guaranteed never to do it again... it's called the incinerator...
