I don't think anyone needs to be trying to "control" anyone. Drugs are the least of our problems anyway, there are such bigger issues out there that need to be dealt with. I say "Free Society".

Bottom Line: We cannot...It is just like Prohibition...We are fighting a losing battle...we are not making any progression and we are wasting time, huge amounts of tax money, and many officers' lives trying to, without any success....All the effort that is being put into trying to stop the use of illegal drugs is time that could be used catching someone who actually commits crimes with victims: rapists, murders...I do not use any types of drugs, but believe that we should make them legal but tax the hell out of them like alcohol and cigarettes....But it truly is all political....

We can't control anything 100%, but we can do our best to control as much as we can.
