Tender breasts as a pregnancy symptom for me was pretty easy to identify. They didn't just hurt--they HURT! Wearing a bra hurt, not wearing a bra hurt. Brushing up against something was nearly unbearable.

They just become sore, like if you touch them or accidentally bump them you feel a pain that you don't normally feel. When I was pregnant with my daughters I noticed that the feeling of them rubbing up against my bra really irritated me. If you're pregnant (most times in the early stages) you can take your breast push them against your chest and gently squeeze and a clear / white type liquid will leak out because you're already starting to produce breast milk.

Trust me you'd know it if you felt it.
Your breast feel sore, just how your legs would feel after running a marathon or working out for long periods of time.
