The best place to buy it, If y'all have one, is Costco. It's always cheaper than Wal-Mart and other book stores. My dad always bought mine from there, but I'm pre-ordering the 7th one from Amazon.com, so I can get it faster...

I know I'm crazy and completely mental that I'm buying it from Amazon, but then I know I'll get it. If I ask my dad for it, he'll wait for weeks to buy it, and then I hear people talking about it and read it and it'll give everything away....

There's no doubt in my mind that you will be able to buy it at every store on this list:

Your local bookstore
Your local drugstore
Your local grocery store
Best Buy
Walmart
Most Department stores
and maybe even your local gas station

Truly, it will be a sickening sight of marketting genius

I would say Wal-Mart. It will be cheaper than Borders,Barnes&Noble. But it also depends on when you plan on reading it. I always get mine at Wal-Mart, but I wait until the next year when it comes in paperback. For me it's my personal collection. So I'll only have paided $6.87 for the book it will be about $9.99. What's the rush.I take my time getting around to read Harry on vacation.

The best place is probably at a bookstore such as Books-A-Million, Borders, or Barnes & Noble. Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort die at the end, you know.

So... the best place to buy is Costco, but you're going with Amazon.com?

Are you asking if you're insane? Because you've compltely contradicted yourself.

i preordered the deluxe edition from amazon.com but am going to buy the regular one at walmart at midnight and give it to my dad when i am done reading it. walmart is pretty cheap and they usually have enough that they won't sell out at the initial midnight reveal.
