Not to take things personally. Just because someone gives me a thumbs down on an answer I submitt doesn't necessarily mean I'm a complete loser. It's just a difference in opinion, that's all. Ironically, some of the Best Answers I've received have had a thumbs down in the ratings. It's all in the P.O.V. (point of view) of either the asker or the voters.
In short, I'm learning to not take myself so seriously. I like it.

How nice people are. I also have learned that most people have a sense of humour. That surprised me and also the fact that most people really want to help.
The ones who don't are atleast fun. I've fallen in love with so many people on answers, I can't believe it.

That cleaning my house and mowing my lawn will not happen by themselves.
That addictions are real!
That there are a few people out there in the world that might actually think like me. (cool!)
BUT..... THE most important thing I've learned is this......
...... Getting to know people from the inside out is so much better. To talk to someone and learn how their heart and soul works before you ever know what they look like is so much sounder. We all seem to get so distracted by looks that time is not taken to really get to know someone inside thru and thru! But on here....... we do. I love that. I love that so much!! It means I really get to know the person and they really get to know me. :)
