How does my friend get a divorce in Canada after 7 years of seperation? Please help!?

He files for it.....my bf is Canadian. He and his ex wife got married in Canada but were able to obtain a divorce in the U.S.

go to the court house and ask for the proper papers to file for divorce. They will explain each step and the costs for each step. My friend got her divorce this way, she had to have someone serve her ex signed all appropriate papers, it came to about 300.00 total for everything but well worth it, and got her divorce* She lives in canada also* tell your friend to enquire at your court house in your town.
