No. Insurance would be high as the sky if that were legalized. But I do wish my car could grow tall and pass over the slow car.

No, you're the one hitting them, you can't make it legal. Also, it's not your responsibility to 'punish' slow drivers, you're going to have to deal with idiot drivers for the remainder of your driving life. You can't bumper them all.

no there are 2 many freaks out there that would try to kill you. I think that your tag # should be your cell phone # and that way we can call them and tell them 2 get the hell out of the way.

no cuz my luck the first time i do it my foot accidently slips and like i ram into their car, oweing them millions...yeah...so, either way, i wuldn't do it...i'll stick to just goin around em
