After all a century is a century. Since Sachin has been struggling to regain his form for quite some time, the centuries scored by him against Bangladesh will defenitely
a morale booster for him.

Well a century is a century. Although bangladesh does not have the best of bowling attacks, one cannot critisice sachin for getting a century against them. What do you expect ? Do you want him to not score a century just because the opposition is not bangladesh ???

How many of you can remember the old-little master Sunil Manohar Gavaskar's century against which countries were made starting from 1970/71 to 1986/87? In 125 tests, Sunil Gavaskar scored 10,122 runs at an average of 51.12 with 34 hundreds, 45 fifties and a highest score of 236 not out.

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar's achievements:

4th highest tally of runs in test cricket (10,134) at an outstanding average of 57.25

Has equalled Sunil Gavaskar's record of 34 test centuries.

Among those who have played over 100 test matches, he is the only one with a batting average above 55.

Only second Indian to cross 10,000 runs in Test matches.

He is the fastest to score 10,000 runs in test cricket history. He holds this record along with Brian Lara. Both of them achieved this feat in 195 innings.

To go with this he has 34 hundreds in Test cricket at an average of 57. An average above 50 distinguishes a batsman as an all time great.

So, you see what the record book says is the statistics mostly highlighting the Numbers. Therefore, Sachin's century against Bangladesh is well worth!

According to me master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is most wort batsman of the world.I personally realise that he play the game for the sake of money not for the country. His almost all century is useless, so his century against bangladesh was also worthy.

Every run is worth in the international arena. But, what really matters is when and how the runs were scored .
Not bad from Sachin's side to improve in his average. But, may be means nothing.

Not at all.Inorder to make his ton he slowed down the pace of the match. And when the team wanted him to accelerate the score he threw away his wicket and started the great Indian collapse. If India had managed to make another 50+ runs we could have made Bdesh to followed on. If you support my opinion select it as the best answer.

Yes. Sachin shows that he is back in form. Whether its Ireland or South Africa, Bangladesh or Australia, a ton is a ton. He is back in form.
