Ah, I have seen this played out before. The animal eats the endangered plant the the plant poisons the animal. As the animal dies the circle of life is complete.

Why do we human insist on thinking that animals should obey our rules, when animals wouldn't understand those rules any more than a child would?

Animals have instinct; it's all they have to go on. The rest, they just go with the flow. If an instinct tells an animal to eat a plant --or another animal-- it does so, no questions asked.

Protect animals, yes. Stop the cruelty, yes. But do not expect animals to obey our laws. That is expecting too much.

plants have a better change at living than an animal. id let it eat the plant.

Better leave Mother Nature alone on this one....maybe she knows they are both diseased and as the animal runs off and poo poo's he/she is leaving the seeds to begin a new life...and because 'she' was able to eat she got enough energy to have one last litter to replenish her kind.....so, leave well enough alone, I say!

I would figure out a way to get him to save a little so that it can be replanted or preserved for future plants.

Dun tink its possible to hav two endangered species nex to each other and no one knowing it lol.

but if i do, i wud kill both wahahas. and sell it to the museum!xD
