Try going to a local grocery store that does check cashing I don't have an account either and they have cashed it for me before, so good luck and get your bucks!

Go to a branch of the bank that the check is written on. Your school id should work. You will probably have to pay a $10 fee. If this can't happen, go to a private check cashing place. It will cost more to cash it.

You might try cashing the check at the bank on which it was drawn if there is a branch in your area. Alternatively, maybe your work will cash it for you if it is a business which has cash on hand.

I know some check cashing places (not banks) will do it with that little piece of I.D.. You can call around.

The only bad thing is the amount they charge to do it. Most places I'd say charge 6%.

Good Luck!

The best advice that I can give you is to get a state I.D. pronto! After getting a state I.D you can go to your local Wal-Mart to cash your check. Some banks will cash your check with an state I.D. for a small fee.

You need to get Identification! Go to the Department of Motor Vehicles and apply for a "non-drivers license. It will be your valid identification.

In the meantime, ask a parent or brother/sister to cash the check for you.

either give it to your parent who can cash it on their account or you can call the bank it was drawn from and ask them if they will accept your school ID and then if they do use them
