Oh, my! I once won the UGLIEST lamp you have ever seen! Someone had made it from pine, stained it with walnut stain, it had little plastic fawns, toads, skunks, dogs, cats...They were all the same size, planted around this little mirror which was supposed to represent a pond, and they had glued moss all over the base around these pathetic animals and the "pond". The shade had leaves glued all over it, and it was quite possibly the worst door prize ever awarded anywhere in the history of the world. The people at my table were dumbfounded when I pulled it from the box. The silence was deafening, and then the laughter began, and continued for several minutes. Needless to say, it never became an element in my decorating scheme...

I have not won many things but anything I would win I would not consider useless.
I may not be able to use it but someone else could find it use full and I would be happy just with the winning.
