A long time ago, a store called Video Only did an ad comparing the cost of two VCRs. The one cost a lot, but the same VCR at Video Only cost less. Then the Video Only VCR ejected a red tape, turned to the other VCR, and made the raspberry noise, like the tape was a tongue. The tape even wiggled like a tongue would.
The first time I saw it, I laughed so hard I though I'd poop my pants. Even after a bunch of viewings, it was hilarious. :)

The one with the monkeys and theyre partying because profits are up. And then the guy walks in and says Actually profits arent up, theyre down and turns the sign theyre looking at. The monkeys turn it back again and start partying again. And the one where all the monkeys are pointing their laser pointers at the guys balls.
My friend also told me about this commercial he saw in another country. It shows some little kid shopping with his dad and he points to something he wants and the dad says no. So the kid starts screaming and running up and down aisles knocking stuff off the shelves. The dad covers his eyes and shakes his head while a message pops up on the bottom of the screen...."Use condoms"

During the Super Bowl a while back, I really enjoyed the ad with 3 frogs sitting on a log saying:
1st frog: Bud
2nd frog: wise
3rd frog: er

All the Sonic commercials. Those Hillshire Farm salad commercials are silly but I like them, esp. the one with the Asian
lady.

Most if not all the anti-drug commercials, while the premise is noble the messages are a tad too silly.

A Candies shoe add with Jenny McCarthy sitting butt naked on the toilet wearing only her shoes. Certainly didn't make me want to run out and buy anything but toilet paper

in Australia.... an ad for beer where the guys tongue leaves his body in search of the beer. It travels to a party and finally finds his beer, drags it to its body...its so spaz
sorry, not that funny but i guess to have to see it to appreciate the sillyness!
