You sound pretty! And your nose probablly isnt bad to other people, you are just focused on it because everyone looks at themselves more closely than other people do. Relax and be you! To ease your mind, occasionally treat yourself (get a manicure/pedicure, get a massage, etc) embrace how easily your olive skin tans, and enjoy your pretty dark hair! Be at peace with yourself, and your inner beauty will shine through to everyone! We are all beautiful in different ways, but confidence is the most beautiful feature!

No, because one would need a visual. Or a more detailed description.
I notice you did not say anything about her height, weight, skin type, or personality.
All these have a lot more to do with being attractive then just the description you gave alone.

yes, but she would be more attractive if she weren't self-conscious about her nose....nothing is as attractive as confidence
