They dont have poop they do pee and they drink it to mature there lungs. I got to see this on my ultrasound. I thought the baby had something wrong with its stomach and my doctor told me that the baby was drinking its fluids. It was weird.

They don't actually digest the food the mother eats. They just receive the nutrients through the placenta into their blood stream, and any wastes in the blood are carried away by the placenta as well. But it's not like actual food is going into their tummies to make them have to go to the bathroom. They do drink amniotic fluid, and that passes through their system, then they urinate it back out into the amniotic fluid. Being untouched by the outside world with bacteria and such, all of this is completely sterile and healthy. Some cells do build up in the baby's bowels, but normally this is not released in utero...it is called "meconium" and it is generally the baby's first bowel movement after birth. If it happens in utero it can get in the baby's lungs and do harm, but this is rare. I hope I answered your question.

They don't "do waste" while in the womb. Only when it happens that the baby is like overdue and he/she borns with a green color on its skin it is because the baby made its first "warte" in the womb because he/she was supposed to be out of there.

They don't have bowel movements in utero so that isn't a concern. But they do urinate. They essentially drink the amniotic fluid and it is digested and excreeted by the kidneys back into the womb. It is just part of the amniotic fluid that they live in.

They are not supposed to have there first bowel movement until after delivery. Otherwise the baby risks injesting it when in utero and it will aspirate in his lungs. That is why when your water breaks they want to make sure that it is clear. If there is a tint of green it means that the baby has had its bowel movement in utero and immediate delivery may be necessary. My two older daughters were stressed during labor and this happened to them. they are fine now, but they had to be on oxygen for 24 hours

Yup, they urinate inside the sac they are in. Not harmful to them or you, though.. its the same amniotic fluid going in and out all day long.

They do not pass their first bowel movement until after birth. They DO urinate, and it is reprocessed into the amniotic fluid.

The only waste they have is a urine type materal that they in return ingest that helps their lungs grow.

They do not have a BM until they are born, but they do urinate, and that's part of the amniotic fluid. They drink it up and pee it out.
