We are allowing Rosie O'Donnell off the view, I want Elizabeth Hasselbach needs to get her butt off the View as well, and I would also push for O'Reilly and Hannity off the Fox News segments as well. Get anyone with an opinion off the news and talk shows, go away, you don't have a fair and balanced view to give to Americans, you are one way, and it depends on who is in charge as to who's view is televised. Well, the guy deciding isn't the person who is most reliable as to the way American's are thinking, and we don't have to stand behind this person's beliefs, so go away, all of you. We think each side should be equally represented, not just the owner's biased opinion. Till you can give us that, get rid of all the right and left wingers, we need a middle wing person to give us both sides of the fence only. Does anyone disagree???

It's funny, the people who answer this question didn't read the whole question, they only based their answers on a few sentences, which just goes to show that most of the opinions that are stated are based on half the facts, and no one wants to take the time to read of find out the full facts, before jumping to conclusions. So, I can't take any of the answers received as serious, due to lack of information as to the question being asked. What a waste of time!!

If you had just left it to Elizabeth hasselbach being kicked off the view I would totally agree with you.Liking Rosie O'donnel or not by not backing her on not calling American troops terrorist Elizabeth put Rosie in a very dangerous position. There are many people who would find it totally acceptable to try and harm Rosie if that was thought to be the truth.Yes Rosie is a blowhard but she is an American blowhard and I honestly don't believe she would intentionally say anything meant to harm the troops Bush that's another story. The media has got to start to step up to diffuse some of the conservative and liberal mudslinging it is doing harm to our country censorship is not the answer but deliberate and spirited debate in a mature fashion should be the goal.

Nice diatribe. You don't speak for me. Rosie got just what she asked for, she's been baiting Elizabeth for months. Besides which Rosie QUIT, she didn't get fired. She should have been though. Bill O'Reilly is not a right or left winger, he is an independent and his views follow that. Hannity is open about his political views and does not try to pass it off as neutral as do Anderson Cooper, Keith Olberman, Paula Zahn etc. You need to grow up and get your head out of the sand.

Unfortunately for you, and like thinkers this is a FREE SPEECH country. If you want an unbiased view of television, go watch TV in Iran, where you can't have an opinion.

The opinions of television Execs, don't have any baring over what is said on live television and news.

So apparently i absolutely disagree.

Well the only problem is you are totally delusional.

Places like Foxnews ARE fair and balanced because they present BOTH sides. See if Hannity and Oreily were just like the liberal media, they would try to hide what they are, shutdown and silence the opposing views, and just run conservative stuff 24/7 making us think that is the only credible view.

But the fact is you cant see an edition of Hannity AND COLMES (a liberal) go by WITHOUT hearing from both sides. They arent chickens and try to hide what they are like the liberal media.

The fact is you hate them because they are conservative and like most liberals, you want their speech squelched because it disagrees with your philosophy. Well too bad.

Yes. I do.

Which views? If fifteen people have opposing views, do they get equal time?

Why in the world should the public be subjected to equal time if the other side is nonsense? Why should the public watch it?

Well, truth be told, they wouldn't. They'd turn it off.

But you would force the networks to show it anyway, forcing them to show things that no one wants to see.

I believe in freedom and a free market.

You don't like it? Turn it off. If enough people do that, they turn it off on the network end.

Simple, direct, non-socialist.

No hope for you, girl. If you even dare to think or say Rosie and O'Reilly in the same sentence. O'Reilly you really should be paying attention to, one smart human. The same can't be said about Rosie.

well here is another lib that "believes in free speech".... News Flash... Rosie tucked tail and ran all by herself. You have seen Rosie attack people left and right on that show, including Trump... but you never saw the Conservatives demmand her be fired.... That is the difference between Cons and Libs... Cons love the Constitution... Libs love it only if it is serving their intrests at the time. Why don't you help them "make something up" for them to fire all these people for... OH... OH... I kow... use the impeachment line... that should work!

I strongly disagree with your view. Nobody has kicked Rosie off The View. She's left voluntarily and I say, "Good riddance!" She's a bully, a bomb-thrower, and a quasi-terrorist.

Let her get her own show. Air American would probably take her in a heartbeat. She'd probably have to buy her own air time though.

You use the term "us" and "we" as if you speak for every American. That's not correct.

Thank goodness that we still have the News Hour with Jim Lehrer. I swear, it's the only newscast left in America, that tells the news straight, doesn't opine, always allows civil discourse of both sides of the issues with their guests. It's the best pure news broadcast in America. Too bad it's only for an hour.

I disagree with you about booting these folks off the air no matter how much I don't agree with what they say. That's their right to babble. I just don't watch them, except for Hannity because he makes me cry with laughter.
