Are you talking about Gonzo the radio personality? I know him and if that is the case, you're up a creek without a paddle buddy. That clown can't tell the truth! However he is like a brother to me. An annoying pansy of a little brother.

you should see the responses I got regarding this waterboarding issue and guiliani. If waterboarding worked that might be one thing but clearly torture doesnt work. When the khmer rouge are polled on favorite devices and they come up with this (whats considered torture lite) you know theres something wrong. In fact the centerpiece of their torture museum is one of these and CIA operatives tried it and never lasted more than 15 sec.

As long as we can do it to people like Sandy Burger and William Jefferson for their crimes. So you want to start getting tough against people that are the target of fake investigations and non-scandals? Welcome back Joseph Stalin! How was hell?
How about we waterboard clinton for firing ALL the Bush US attorneys back when he first took office???
BTW>Ive never once heard a conservative back physical pressure on citizens. Only terrorists that are NOT citizens.

people who support interogation and torture do so because they know they don't have the courage to last long enough to even worry about being tortured.little do they know they'll be tortured wether they speak or not and that doesn't mean I support torturing the attorney general even if he should be convicted of crimes against the "Homeland".Execution is the proper thing to do for treason or war crimes.

No, because as anyone with common sense knows by now, such methods don't elicit useful information.
However, if it were to be done as a pay-per-view event to help balance the budget...

Cheney called it "a little water in the face" - so yeah, Gonzo shouldn't have any objection on one of these hot summer days.

The experts say torture does not produce valid results. Our participating in it certainly damaged our country. Gonzales was in favor of it as I recall, but I cannot say if it would work on him.

He has established precedent where he should have no objection to this interrogation method that may or may not be used.

I expect it would force him to tell us SOMETHING. Whether it would be the truth is a different question.
No one is on his side except Bush.
