Is the universe endless? Are there countless galaxies? Could we be the size of a particle compared to the universe?

The universe is finite. It is not endless.

There are countable galaxies--approximately 100 billion in our universe.

Are we the size of a particle compared to the universe? I would have to work this out, but just off hand I expect that the universe is to the earth as the earth is to a single atom. So yes, on a size scale, we are essentially just a particle.

No body knows if the Universe is endless. There are countless galaxies. We are already the size of a particle compared to the Universe.

Answer of course is YES to all your questions. If the universe was to end, do they have a fence to keep wayward space travelers from falling off the edge? At this moment, there are still galaxies being discovered as technology gets better. It is said that the universe is expanding, I think that just the very small part that we can see, just seems to be. Andromeda galaxy is actually coming towards us. With no end to space in any and all directions, we are far less than a particle, comparatively

SO many different theory's to this question. I think we all think about this, try to come up with our own conclusion. Some believe the Universe is constantly expanding in a scientifical way.
Some believe in a religious sense that God created all that is, and that's all there will ever be.
It's quite possible that our planet, even our galaxy, is microscopic compared to the entire universe. It has been proven that there is more than our galaxy out there. Some believe there are even other universes out there, like parallel ones; stating that somewhere there is ourselves and our world only differing slightly.

There are so many different ways to look at it, and the truth is; no one can be sure what is right. I myself believe we will find the answers to these types of questions after death.

Current theories are mostly base on the big bang theory. If it's true, then at least to say, the observable universe is as big as the big bang has expended to be, which also means that yes, it have a limit.

And galaxies are form out of these big bang, so while the number of galaxies may be very big, perhaps uncountable, but it still isn't infinite, or exist infinitely everywhere, because our everywhere is a limited space (as big as the big bang has expanded)

But where is our universe at? Is it part of a higher order system that we're not aware of? This, I believe will never be understood by us. The universe that exist to us is the universe that we could observe.

Sting theory does suggest things like multiverse system, which looks like what may be limiteless "world" then, since there's countless membranes and so on, but this theory is still in its infancy and yet to be proven.

Whatever there is out there, is perhaps, something beyond our imagination and intellectual capabilities. We'll never know. But to me, this is the beauty of science.

As far as anyone knows, yes. However, the answer could be no but no one knows it yet. At least I think that's what I learned in Science this year...kind of sad considering I don't remember any of this stuff and I have finals next week.

NO

Doesn't make sense. We are what we are and the universe is what it is (although since we can't see what's going on at the immediate present out there).
Isn't metaphysics fun?
