BE CAREFUL. Just because they let you download it, dos NOT mena they relinquish the rights. It will almost certainly be viewed as copyright infringement. If you are a LEGAL fan site, they will grant you rights, sometimes free, sometimes for a fee. Most Japanese are pretty cool about that sort of stuff, but be careful, the rights might be owned by Americans.

I agree with the previous ones partly. You should be careful and make sure the stuff isin't copyrighted.

Furthermore, amvs can be illegal in some countries because they use real songs that real artists make, and (IMHO) greedy record companies may sue you for indirectly downloading music. (Chances are they won't but whatever.)

Most (as in 99.99%) of AMVs aren't copyrighted, and if they are distributed for free, you can distribute them for free.

Just make sure you give credit to whoever made the AMV.

even though they are free to use for your private use, they are still copy righted, so it is not worth the risk to you put them on a public web site without their permission..

you will need to read the agreement (license) to use there products.. so go back to the website and read the License agreement
