While ranch is good, I prefer Catalina or either red wine vinagrete or red raspberry vinagrete. The Cataline dressing is a sweet tangy red dressing, sort of like french dressing. It's also good heated up in the micro and used as sweet and sour sauce for chinese food.

There is a 'seasoning blend' made by Morton salt co called 'Nature's Seasons'. It has a blue lid and yellow label,on the seasoning isle. I used to eat ranch all the time, but after I tried this it became all I use anymore. It's great to cook with too.

I always go with French or Spicy French on a Chef Salad. Those are the only ones that will do it for me.

Blue cheese added to an Italian vinaigrette! I mean add some crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola to the vinaigrette before you pour it onto the salad.
