Do you think that the number 40 is a good number in basketball why or why not and tell me how do I tell it that it's good number to those who say it's not especialy when my dad who forced me to where 33 is 1 of them help

Number 40 is a cool number, especially if you're a big tough guy. It was the number of Bill Laimbeer, who was one-half of the baddest "Bad Boys" (the other being Rick Mahorn). In 14 seasons, he nearly averaged a double-double and is the Pistons all-time leader in rebounds, as well as being an instrumental part of the first two championships for the Pistons.

31 (REGGIE! REGGIE!), 33(Larry Bird), 23 (No intro needed), 0 (Arenas), 00 (...alright...i got nothing. it just looks cool) and 1 (picked by countless losers who are all wannabes) are all classics. I would wear any of them. 41, maybe, as Nowitzki is my favorite current player. 42 is good also (Stackhouse)... but 40?....Whats good about 40?...But, whatever floats your boat. If you like 40 wear it. How can someone force you to wear a different number?

Shawn Kemp in his prime wore #40, and the reign man was killing the league back then.
If it works for you, go ahead and wear it.
