How Are Virus's Created?

Question

Is it Like By Some Weird Dude At Home That Is So Bored That He Says "Today, I Think I Am Going 2 Make A Virus!" I mean, I get those e-mails that r virus's and its obviously written by somebody?

So if it its corrupt program, or by human hand, and if it is human hand, how DO THEY MAKE IT???

they are made by a bunch of nerdy assholes that have no respect for other peoples things, with way to much time on there hands and by those that want to do disonest things with the info they steal.

Hehe, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. It is usually someone young who is learning about computer programming and thinks it would be neat/funny to make a virus to show how "smart" they are. Alot of times they use something like Visual Basic from Microsoft.

yes, they're created by humans. like you said people with too much time on their hands sitting in the basement writing malicious code for kicks and giggles. sometimes it's out of curiosity with no ill intent, but there's plenty of people that code and release a worm so it becomes wide spread and seek pleasure of the fame they're receiving in the shadows. as far as "by human hand" goes, a virus is just a a bunch of lines of code like any other program developed "by human hand." just a bunch of 1' and 0's...

They are usually smart people with little or no social skills. They have few friends. Almost universally, they have no girfriends and are disempowered in real life. Because they blame everybody else in the world for them not having a date, they try to make everybody else as miserable as themselves. There are other very smart people with good values that use their skills for good.
