its coming from the heater box,whats happened to it either a mouse may have got up in it and died or you old leaves and debris in it that has rotted,and this is what makes it do this,the drain for the air conditioner may also be clogged up,this is just a small tube that runs out in under the car to release condensation,from the air conditioner,when the water doesn't escape it mixes with the debris or what ever may be in there,and it creates this smell the only real way to get it out is to lower the heater box,and clean it out,other wise it wont ever really go away ,i have did a few of those before,and they aren't any fun to clean out,good luck with it.

Urine or mold? Auto dealers have a product that you can spray into the heater air intake to freshen the air. Hopefully, that will get rid of the cause of the smell.

It leaks cooling fluid into the heat exchanger. That's an expensive repair :(
