Grissom because he is the Smartest one of the lot.
Also has the best team, is on the best show, dry sense of humor and he doesn't just tell his team how to do something he gets them to do it and if they get it wrong he helps them learn from their mistake, like when Greg started going for field status.

Grissom for sure! He's just such an interesting and insightful person! There is just something about him that intrigues me. I like Horatio on Miami as well, but he's just not Grissom.
