Mix the chocolate yoHoo drink with diet coke of if you can find yoHoo that is diet with carbonation that will also work.
Then place the solution into a 2 liter bottle. Fill the bottle 1/2 to 3/4 full. Cover the bottle to make it look like a volcano.
Then in cheese cloth or mesh material place crushed or whole mentos mint candy. Tie the mesh material with a little string and lower the mesh into the bottle but not into the solution. Secure the other end of the string until you want the volcano to erupt.
When the string is released and the mentos hits the carbonated sugar-free liquid all the carbonation will be released in about 1 to 2 seconds giving you a chocolate eruption that is a little minty)

create the volcanoe.
At the bottom of the shaft for lava, but a ballon(not inflated) attached to a can of compresses air(you should be able to get a small can at a hardware store. Now fill the shaft with the desired liquid. When you are ready for the eruption, press the button to releasse the compressed air into the ballon, inflating it. the liquid will begin squirting from the top as the hidden baloon inflates. When the baloon finally breaks, it will send up a big air bubble, creating some impressive bubbling action.

The problem you will have is the taste. To get the bicarb to fizz you will need an acid, all acids that I can think of will be bitter.

I can't find any bicarb to try it out, but you could try lemon juice or similar. It is an acid and should fizz with the bicarb. I don't know whether it will be strong enough to work well.

Anyone else know of any edible acids that are sweetish to taste.

I would make the outside of the volcano hard icing. this will enable you, to a degree, to wipe the lava off prior to consumption
