Go to sleep a little bit late and also if you do some kind of exercise in the evening, probably go for a jog. You will have a good sleep.
Another reason could be that you are stressed out about something. So you would need to get that solved. When there are no worries in your mind, you will get a good sleep.

In your imaginary alarm clock, change the time to 6am and even if you wake up at 5, stay in bed, do this for a couple of weeks and your sleep pattern should start to change . Like any other habit, it takes time to change it or get out of it. Good luck

It is a good habit why do you want to change it. Studying in early morning is good and pleasant since it will be cool, no sounds and disturbance and you remember all you study since you will be fresh.

But if you want to change go to sleep late and even if you awaken do not get up. Continue for a week and it will become a habit.

Sleep at a different time the night before. Sleep later than usual.

Or as the other say have another time in mind when you go to bed.Amazingly it DOES work!!

If those dont work then sleep tabs work too , maybe a herbal one.
