Socialists have taken over the Democrat party. I fight it every day (I'm a democrat, a patriotic one).
Sedition is accepted as normal. Undermining and hating America is seen as "cool".
Are any of you that kind of "cool"? It's disgusting.

With the exception of conservative Republicans I understand Castro is considered a respected world leader by the vast majority of the rest of the world, and in truth I consider Michael Moore an American Hero and a Patriot. What has Castro ever done besides defend his country by humiliating Kennedy at the Bay of Pigs, support a couple of highly rated Chess tournaments, and produce some seriously competitive Olympic boxing teams. He is 90 miles from the U.S. border, and has refused to knuckle under to U.S. economic pressure for the past 50 years and still makes the best cigars & rum in the world. If Castro's shadow fell on Hugo Chavez, it would crush both Chavez and his oil company. Glover and Chavez share a hatred of George Bush that would probably mirror 70% of the American population and 90% of the rest of the world. If they want to hug each other, so what, it;s meaningless.
My opinion is that the entire Bush administration is nothing more than a puppet for a group of global fascist elitists who are currently engaged in world economic domination. If you do not oppose global elitists as a human being, you are a fool, they are today's equalvalent of the 1940's era fascist, only applyed to a world government instead of limited by the borders of a nation. I cannot understand why "liberals" and "conservatives" do not understand that they share the same enemy, and that Ben Franklin was right. UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL.
I think if George Bush and Chavez were locked in a jail cell with Castro, both would be Fidel's bitches within the first ten minutes, and they would be doing more than hugging the old man. When Chavez grows up, he wishes he could be like Fidel. Bush on the other hand, may just be Satan, who know's if Chavez didn't really smell sulfer at the U.N. God know's Bush and Cheney are drenched in enough blood to make Dracula look like a priest. The America I pledged alligence to as a child has been destroyed in the last 25 years, and it wasn't destroyed by Communists or Islamic Millitants. It was destroyed by neo-conservative elitest's.
My opinion? It's a prayer. May God have mercy on the United States of America, and may God grant it's population the gift of understanding, to better reconize their enemies, and the courage to oppose those enemies.

So if I go to Cuba, as Michael Moore did, I love Castro and hate America?
Seems to be a bit of ridiculous straw-grasping on your part.

Same as my opinion of Michael Moore has ever been. Lunatic Liberal with an emphasis on the "Lunatic" part. And I do hope Danny Glover got huge residuals for those movies he did with Mel Gibson because I don't think we're going to be seeing him anytime soon.

Chavez is not a dictator he was democratically elected, so I have no problem with Glover's actions. I think Moore should not embrace Castro but that is no worse than the President when he visits with the Saudi Royal Family, who are just as bad as Castro.

My opinion is that it would take Danny Glover AND Castro to get their arms around Michael Moore.

He is embracing leaders of sovereign countries? You think our leaders haven't embraced people as or more controversial. How about the latter embracing The Chinese Premier after what happened in Tianamen Square, what's the difference?
