No he is not.. They are not... They are using the offense much better than basically, score 14-20 points and let the defense win it... The offense will be way better, less yards to go on 2nd and 3rd down... Willie Parker will fit into this offense better as well... I might watch Steelers football for more than the defense now...

When you think of Colts football, you immediately think of Peyton airing it out. The Colts are definitely a pass-happy team under Dungy. As long as the Rooney's continue to own the Steelers, the Steelers will never become Air Steelers. They will continue to play smashmouth football that is centered around the run and a solid defense. You saw what they did to beef up that defense in the draft. Just because Roethlisberger was practicing his two-minute drill or whatever it was doesn't mean they will become a pass-happy team like the Colts. And Tomlin and his staff can't do anything to change the ideologies and foundations of Steeler football as long as the Rooneys are in town.

Maybe if they build a Dome in Pittsburgh.
.Ben Rotheilsberger is not capable of making the complex check-offs and reads that Manning makes...they have a couple of pieces in place..
.If they do attempt that Tomlin is 5-6 years away from the Offense maturing to the point it can compete for a Championship..by that time he'll be out of a job...if they suffer through a few seasons of backsliding.
Your hopes should rest in a wider-open Offense that predicates what happens on the field instead of thinking the Colts can be duplicated

No, not really. I mean, yes, the offensive coordinator used to be Peyton Manning's QB coach, but i think they're just trying to make the offense more productive, like the Colts. There are lots of other offenses that are closer to the Colts than steelers....saints, chargers.....
at no offense to big ben, but they don't have a qb like manning who can control everything on the field

No. I think they are saying lots of things this offseason, some of which may be true, so of which is probably a smoke screen. That said, Willie Parker is a great back for that style of offense.
I think it will come down to the offense being less predictable, which has been a problem the last couple years.

No WAY! Arians and Tomiln are just using spread packages to use the full potential of the players they have. Parker would benefit greatly with a 3 or 4 wr set. ANd Holmes is fast enough to stretch the field, and Miller is, i believe, one of the most under-rated te in football

I wish princess but Ben is no Peyton Manning. They don't have the receivers that the Colts have either.
