You probably have "draft" or "print in B&W" clicked in properties. Most people create profiles, someone else might have made one and forgot to switch it.

Check your settings in printer settings.Then right click on your printer icon on the task bar.There do a head cleaning.May have to do it several times to get it to print right.They get clogged when you don't use for awhile.Mine do the same thing i have epsons too.

This is really annoying with printers - there is like no reliability when setting properties, it just seems to do its own thing so even if you set it to color, you may have to do that each time - a real pain
also look in your manual troubleshooting - it's all laid out there

When you click "print", in the print window, click the printer properties button, and select the printout to be color, not black and white.
