It depends on the person. Most people I can, I think but there are some that are just impossible to read.
Their facial nor eye expressions never change.
Do you know what I mean?

Sort of, if they're making eye to eye contact, they are telling the truth. If they are blinking at lot, they're lieing. If they are more turning away, they have something to hide. If they're rowing their eyes, they're trying to ignore you. If they're closing their eyes, they must be sleeping. If their eyes are closed for a very long time, they must be dead or out cold lol.

Yes. I think if you look at someones eyes you can tell if the are telling the truth and how they really feel about something.

Yes, ask them a direct yes or no question. If their eyes move and do not look directly at you when they answered, you were just lied to.

The eyes are the mirror to the soul. I can see if someone is evil , crazy or kind by their eyes. Is that what you mean?

yes but its not always a good idea to go by what you see in a persons eyes.

There are theories. If they look up they are making something up. If they look left, they are remembering and if they look right they are trying to find a way NOT to get into trouble. Check it out on the internet, there are tons of different theories.

Stare at someone for 5 mintues, and see how there expression changes in their eyes. Are they scared? Do they stare back? Are they happy?
