Its possible - my ex husband hadn't and it was pretty obvious to me he was telling the truth. Also, if a man grew up in a religious environment that would be believable as masterbation is considered sinful.

is this a serious question????? Then no. Plenty of men have self control and dont ever try doing this. Even if they dont have self control sometimes the enviroment they live in made them no wonder about their body as a child. Also religion. A christian man from birth might never do this but temptation might change that fact.

No. Usually a mature adult will tell you if he's masturbated. So if he's an older gentleman, he's probably telling the truth, why lie about it?
If it's a younger person (boy, teen) .. yeeeeah, most likely they are lying because they feel like it's wrong, or looked down upon.

Although this would definitely be hard to believe I think it is possible he is telling the truth. Some boys and men grew up in extremely religious homes where this is taught as a huge sin and so they wouldn't be able to easily masturbate without a huge feeling of guilt. Other than these circumstances I would have a hard time believing him.

I would say that most of the time they are lying but some guys really dont do it.
