There are many differences between making love and just sex...
Love making is slow and passionate, holding each other close and not going too fast or too hard.
Some people believe that love making has to do with the emotions you feel for the other person during intercourse...

It just depends on you and your girlfriend decides is right for love making. Talk to her about it and ask her what would make her comfortable and how she wants to do it.

The most important thing is to make her feel comfortable as well as yourself.

good luck

Your girl friend doesn't seem to know the difference. Making love is having sex. The difference between love and sex is simple. Sex is just filling a physical need. Loving somebody is an meaningful act of sharing and caring for a person over a long period of time and yes it also has sex, but that is only a small part of the whole relationship. If you need more information, go to a library and start reading about relationships.

You can have sex with anyone and there won't be any emotions involved. The only thing involved is physical feeling. In making love it isn't only physical, but emotional as well. When you make love you are more into putting your partner first where as sex is all about you.

You cannot expalin the difference. It is a feeling. You cannot just say "lets make love". First of all, both parties must be in love and you give yourself to each other completely.
Making love is a emotion felt between two people.
Sex is a pleasure act.

ooohhh I've heard about this before. Just put on some 'romantic' music and say 'i love you' to her at least once. Then have sex. That is all that is required to transform sex into making love. or whatever the girls want to call it now.

when you have sex its more about physical act
when you make love its about the most intimate connection (looking in the eyes, really loving each others body, slowly enjoying every moment)

Sex to me is rushed........just to get relief. Making love is taking your time to please each other and not rushed. Hope this helps you out.
