I am hating Wachovia!! I opened up an account at Wachovia in the beginning of April & cant stand them. They charge me service fees for calling & asking info about MY OWN account, they charge me fees for using ATMs that arent Wachovia ATM's!! Is BofA any better? Im going to open up another account w/them..

I used to work for both BOA & Wachovia and Bank of America is ten times better. True, BOA's customer service is somewhat lacking, but they make up for with better services, like Keep The Change, and there online banking is much easier to understand. Plus, they don't charge you to call them, which I agree is absolutely ridiculous. In my opinion, I would rather have a good bank with mediocre customer service than a bad bank that is "number one in customer satisifaction for 6 years in a row." Blah blah blah, they stink!

Wachovia has many things you can do on line. Visit their web site.Same with most banks.

Most banks DO charge for not using their AM's. Find out who has a "no fee" atm,
some C stores do. You'll probably find BofA no better no worse.

NO!!!!! Do not switch to Bank of America! Choose any other bank but not them. They are known for poor customer service. The only good thing they have come up with is their "Keep the Change" program, but you could do this your self with any other bank.

B of A is just as bad...go to a local credit union. They are don't rack up the fees like large banks do.
