I've been listening to a lot of motown and doowop music from the 60's. Bands like the Four Seasons, I feel have had quite an impact on the early punk scene.

Yes and it's not a fluke either, the Ramones were all big fans of the 60's scene. You should buy the CD "ACID EATERS" which is all cover songs from the 60's. The Ramones were also huge fans of the 'Ronettes" and were turned on to the Motown sound by Phil Spector who managed several Motown Bands and the Ronettes.

A doowop 60's sound for sure but Johnny Ramone was quoted as saying he wanted a "White rock & roll sound with no blues(black) influences)!! Joey Ramone was into it...the Four Seasons type thing & his songwriting showed it! I agree to some extent with you but I never could feel any Motown sound in regards to The Ramones!! Excellent question though!!

I not sure I would compare them with punk. These were a class of bands and singers for sure. But, maybe some punk groups listened and evolved I not know. I not big on punk and rap, but, the people you talk of were great, I just find it hard to think their music even begins to relate to punk. Sorry.
And yes, I do have an Album with the Ramones produced by Phil Spector.

Yes, and in fact, The Ramones worked with Phil Spector, who was a prominent producer in the 60s and 70s.
