These are my signs
-I get paranoid over everything, and anything. For example...a pen of mine i forgot was mine, i believe that i accidently took it from this person, but I didnt and I excessively think about it, and I have this guilty feeling. Also I fear of saying something because I always think as someone is going to judge me, or I feel like I offend someone, even if i didnt say anything wrong, so I always stay quiet, and i have changes in appetites like not eating, my skin breaks out, and my mind is always on it, and me feeling week.
-I am scared being around others and I fear as if people will think im not pretty enough or they would notice a flaw on my skin , so I stay inside my house, in isolation, once I even missed school because I didn't like the way I looked that day, and I was depressed.
-I always stutter when I try talking to others, and I fear if they think I'm strange, or they would judge me.
-I am very lazy, and I forget things alot, I even forgot my class scedual

Your first sign indicated a panic attack (anxiety attack).

The second sounds like shyness with an inferiority complex.

The third sounds like anxiety, low self esteem and a fear of others not liking you (finding you not-worthy).

Are you lazy or just procrastinating in your mind (I'll do that later)? There's a difference, psychologically. As far as forgetting your schedule, that's probably just a "symptom" of one of your other Illnesses, such as your 'anxiety attacks, panic attacks, low self-esteem, etc." Having one of these can make you have other symptoms.

Good luck! I suggest seeing a regular Doctor and asking for something for depression and perhaps a referral to a Psychiatrist. The psychiatrist can then diagnose you and medicate you properly.

You may have mentall illness, or just depression or anxiety. Get to a guidance counselor and you will soon be on a path to relief. Nobody has to feel crappy all the time.

You are hyper sensitive. Its not an illness, just a habit.

Try not to be so hard on yourself. Maybe your parents expected you to be perfect, or used guilt to discipline you.

Realize that you don't need to live up to any one's standard. Also know that you are in titled to make your mistakes and if someone gives you grief for it they can just kiss your @ss. You have to be brave.

You should seek the advice of a trained mental health professional. Call your local mental health office.

I think you have alot of anxiety and need to get help for it, especially since it is effecting your day to day life.

i think you are mentally ill..or paranoid? you should consult a psychologist to help with what you feel because i think your situation is sort of serious one..
