Do you have a diskette in your drive?
If yes, remove it and restart.
If that doesn't work, i'm pretty sure you'll find a solution in this.

NTLDR is the boot loader for 2000/XP if this is missing the machine cannot boot. You can try using a boot disc like bartPE so that you have access to the hard drive and can try copying NTLDR from the windows CD to the root of the C:\ drive. If you cannot do this then you are going to have to reinstall windows using whatever recovery tools provided by your computer manufacturer or by using a windows CD Good Luck I hope this helps

NTLDR is requried for Windows/NT like systems to
boot. Unfortunately, the "repair" capabilities of the
Window distribution media is pretty poor. You may
end up needing to re-install.
However, investigate "repair" as a boot option before
going down that road.
Unless, of course, you have finally seen the light
and realize that this an excellent time to recognize that
your operating system is defective. I recommend replacing
it with one of:
http://fedora.redhat.com
http://www.opensuse.org
http://www.debian.org
http://www.ubuntu.org
http://www.slackware.org
http://www.freebsd.org
http://www.opensolaris.org
Any of these will be more reliable, less susceptible to
viri, uses your hardware more efficiently, and they're
all free.

If you have the disk, make it boot up first and go through the set up. Once it loads all the drivers, it'll ask if you want to either press r for the recovery console, or enter to set up windows. Press r, it'll ask whichwindows you'll be working on, usually it would be 1, so press 1.And also an administrator password, so enter the password if any. From there, type chkdsk /p. Notice there a space between the k and the /. Let it do it's thing, once its done, type exit and it should resolve your problem. hope you fix it.

You're probably going to have to reinstall. There is a skight chance to save data by doing a "parallel install" pulling the data to cd or flash drive and then reloading. The process is kinda lng to list here so just google parallel install. Good Luck
