plus he would have invented something that could make the symbiot less sensible to sound and heat.say professor x had one that would be cool to have someone that was so strong with mind control to have one.

magneto's already one of the most powerful supervillians with his own powers. The symbiot's powers would be awsome, but are dwarfed by his. However, the symbiot would drive him crazy and make him homocidal where the body count would be endless!

Not very. Symbiotes mostly amplify physical traits. Prof would get all the standard symbiote powers, and he'd be able to walk again, but that's about it.
