It doesn't help to have low self esteem (which I have as well) BUT sometimes you have to force yourself to be positive. Think of it this way:
I can lose weight (helpful hint: when you eat, take your time to taste the food instead of eat it all supper fast. If your eating something unhealthy, at least take the time to enjoy it^^)
I can wear heels to look taller
My teeth are unique (it bugs me sometimes how everybody has perfect teeth)
At least my nose isn't supper thin! (which makes a person look snobby even if they are a really nice person, in my opinion).
Hair can be forced to cooperate (however difficult it may seem).

You are a diamond in the rough but, you are still a diamond.

Start an exercise program like walking, running etc. Free.

Diet and eat healthy. Free

Get the diamond , your body, ready for polishing. Get a part time job, save enough money to get your hair done. $100, not out of sight.

Get an estimate for braces. Braces take a long time and you can budget small payments over this period.. $2000, over a year or two no problem.

Plastic surgery can correct your nose. $3000, you will be working full time and money will not be a big problem.

You will grow a little taller if you are under 21 . Never the less, your confidence will grow .

You will be happy to go back and tell those that called you ugly, to eat their hearts out.

When you look in the mirror you will see HOT.

Get started right now and good luck in this shallow world.

wow, first off.. confidence is the number one thing to not only make yourself feel better... but if you are confident with yourself believe it or not you will look better to other people. I mean, don't be cocky about it, but being ok with yourself is a good thing.

If you hate the way you look, do something about it. Last year i weighed about 125 lbs and was only like 5' 1". Honestly, i was a mess and hated the way i looked. Even my face.. i felt ugly and yuck. My hair too.. so this year i now weight 105 lbs and am 5'2". I feel more confident with myself because i lost the weight. The way i did it is quite simple. I started drinking water and green tea. No sugary drinks!! and LOTSS of friuts and veggies (i love fruit) Start getting low fat and low calorie forms of your favorite foods. For example, i have sugar free fat free chocolate pudding that tastes just the same as the origninal! i also excersise 6 days a week. Not so vigorous either though. When you excersise, you will be happier. Its a proven fact. a really good workout dvds are TURBO JAM.

you say losing weight is too hard, but its so important to eat healthy because it can make your skin and hair better too! You say your hair is frizzy and will poof? Ask your hairdresser or anyone being an expert in hair for advice. Maybe you have curly hair and you straighten it every day? work WITH your hair dont work against it and it will look better im surre.

Almost everyone hates their body at some point; including hair, face, etc. You have to like yourself before other people do - happiness really does come from within. People can
tell when others are vulnerable - it's called bullying.
Talk to a trusted adult - teacher, counselor, pastor - and ask for help in improving your outlook.
Start at the top. Buy shampoo and conditioner for frizzy hair, to smoothe it. Buy John Freida's Frizz-ease and use it.
Teeth can be straightened and whitened. Whiten now, and save money for braces.
Wide nose I understand - Horrible tells me nothing. If you want it to appear smaller, go to a department store cosmetic counter and find out how to do it.
Weight can be lost. How much do you weigh, and how tall are you?
A medium frame woman should allow 100 pounds for 5' of height, and 5 pounds for every inch above that. [ 5'4" would be 120 pounds. ] Add or subtract 20% for large or small frame.
1] eat quality foods - lean protein [ 2 servings a day ], low fat dairy [ 2 servings a day ], whole grain bread and cereals [ 3 ],
lots of fruits and veggies [ at least 5 ]. Avoid fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food.
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day - sometimes a little bit of one element makes a big difference in hair, skin, and nails.
4] use face wash/toner/moisturizer/sunscreen for your face type. Exfoliate with Aapri or St. Ives apricot face scrub twice a week.
5] do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, 6 days a week to lose weight. Walk/bike/dance/swim/run. Great calorie burners!
6] do 3 sets of 10 each - girl pushups, situps, curlups, and obliques. Progress to boy pushups and weight lifting.
Increasing muscle mass also increases how many calories your body uses.
You have almost three months off from school. Get started now, and you can lose 1 - 2 pounds a week [ 12 - 24 pounds makes a big difference!]

Get your self confidence from somewhere OTHER then your looks.

Join a school club. Try your hand at music, comedy, art, painting, sports, drama.

Or volunteer at an animal shelter. Tutor disadvantaged kids.

Focus on school (if you are in school) and get the best grades you can get.
Looks will be less important when you are getting all As and A +.

Education is important. Just as important as looks.

If you want to lose weight, you CAN.
Join a gym. Take yoga, pilates, water aerobics. Eat right. Don't stuff yourself with junk food.

Don't just give up.
Work on fixing what you CAN, and leave the rest.

If you want to put your mind to something, you can do it.

As for your hair, try something that is for frizzy hair. Use a moisterising shampoos and conditioners that are for frizzy hair.

I am sorry you feel so bad about yourself. You definitely sound like you need to seek counseling or at least find someone you can talk to that will listen to you. Avoid people who make negative comments about you. Unfortunately people are cruel and insensitive. Most of them that make negative comments are actually jealous.

People are beautiful from the inside out. Look for positive traits in yourself. I am sure you have a big heart.

Work on being healthy. Don't diet, but cut your food intake. Eat several small meals throughout the day. Instead of attempting exercise that creates sore muscles, start out by taking short walks.

Go to a local hairdresser and ask for advice with your hair. Perhaps the products you are using are not right for you.

Lastly, believe in yourself. You can do it!

Sounds like a lot of it is self-confidence. You can incessantly tell yourself that you like the way you look... or you can decide to change what you can. Even better: Do both.

For example, it may be hard to lose weight, but its never impossible (short of disease). Be willing to fight for what you want. Start small, and have faith that you will go somewhere. Set goals and try to achieve them.

Clothing can help a bit when it comes to your body. Loose clothing and decent style can cover up most problems.

As for your hair, consult a barber or try out different products. Something is bound to work.

Also, guys that would call any girl ugly have neither tact nor dignity. They don't deserve to speak.

Try hard and good luck!

No offense, but you seem like a pushover. If people tell you that you are ugly, you seem to believe them... You should learn to accept yourself and know that there are many people who love you no matter what you look like. Your main problem is that you hate your body, which actually makes yourself feel uglier. Get rid of that notion and relax. After all, you can look like Jessica Simpson if you want to, but you'll never be able to hide your soul.
Hope that helped!

Learn to love yourself sweetie! Im sure you have alot of outstanding qualities and Im sure your a beautiful girl - theres no reason to hate yourself so much. We all have things about ourselves we want to change, especially on the outside, but you have to love yourself first before anyone can love you. Be proud of who you are and what you look like, you are unique. Turn the negatives into positives!! Good luck
