NO! And please don't try. You could cause irreversible damage. If your IUD is bothering you or causing you a lot of pain, just go into the ER and have it removed.

I had the Paragard after my daughter was born and mine actually got caught in my fingernail and slipped right out! It was unintentional, but mine came out fine. I would certainly advise going to your doctor tho, to be safe. I was on my period when mine came out so there was nothing I felt that I wouldn't have felt anyways. :-)
