All the players on the team's roster along with the coaches get rings even the guys on IR. Some (most teams I think) give them to everyone on the payroll.

Yes if you are on the 53 man roster or if you work in the front office and if you are a coach you will get a Super Bowl Ring.

Everyone on a team at the time of the Superbowl gets one. Even support staff and front office. However, I should note that the actual total number is at the discretion of the team owner(s).

Yes everyone in the organization gets a ring. Even the coaches that you here nothing about and the people that work in the front office. Team personal trainers and all.

Yes everyone on the team gets one even all the coaches. The NFL gives the team that wins 150 super bowl rings. After giving it to the players and coaches they will give it to the equipment mangers and the people who take care of the field.
