You have this ability already installed in your pc. Open start, open control panel, open, administrative tools, open, event viewer, you will see another file come up, open, applications, and look if there is any errors in red. Plus you need to delete the data in the file often. Open system, and see if there is anything in red and delete file.
Microsoft, usually is unable to tell you the cause of anything that you may find in red as an error.

Yes there is a program called one click maintenance. It is not free but it sure makes a computer work better and faster. It fixes problems with a computer and removes them.
