A number of people see tattooing as an art. and I respect that. As long as the person who wants the tattoo sees it as a form of body art(and not some way to show off and be cool), it's totally fine.
I guess, as long as like, it doesn't cover more than half the entire body or something, it's cool and nothing wrong with it.
BUT then again tattooing should not be done on someone who is totally unwilling to/forced to and not be done by an amateur. haha

Ithing they are great!
I have 5 tattoos and they all tell a story of my life and are great conversation pieces.

I think tattoos are sexy, but not covering like 80% of the body. That's overkill!!!

If tatoos are don''t tastefully they are fine. i have one. i am thinking about another one. i don't care for the full body

i don't have one but they are ok if not too many or too big..not naked or gross..something with a meaning or to celebrate an event or milestone..
